I need to update the email address associated with my CMS account. What do I do?
Login to ID.me.
Add a secondary email address to your profile and set the email as your primary email following these instructions: Changing your account email address – ID.me Help Center. Your primary email address on ID.me is the email address that will be associated with your CMS account.
Login to the CFIUS Portal. Your profile should reflect your updated email address.
If you update the email address associated with your CMS account, you will not be able to access submissions made using your prior email address. If you need access to those submissions, please email CFIUS.itsupport@treasury.gov, cc’ing the relevant Treasury points of contact for active matters, and provide the following information:
your prior email address (which had access to the relevant submissions);
your updated email address (which does not have access); and
the reason for the change in e-mail address (e.g., change in employer, switch from personal e-mail to business e-mail).
